A next-generation Foley catheter with a new approach to urinary drainage.
Foley Catheter
A clinical challenge. A mechanical answer.
Conventional Foley catheters drain through eyelets positioned above the balloon. NowCath rethinks this architecture to support drainage lower in the bladder.
Drainage below the balloon
Two additional eyelets create a second drainage zone.
Enabled by the skirt
Flex Skirt TechnologyTM helps keep the additional eyelets open and in the correct position.
A short tip
A short tip intended to reduce point pressure on the bladder wall.
Shaped by Science

Drainage where it matters
Effective drainage is not only about flow. It is also about what remains. NowCath is intended to reduce residual urine and support improved bladder drainage.

From design to clinical evidence
The REDUCE clinical trial is a randomised, blinded, controlled crossover study comparing NowCath Foley with a conventional all-silicone Foley catheter in long-term catheter users.
Choose between Nelaton and Tiemann tip variants - both built around the same Flex Skirt-enabled drainage architecture.
NowCath Foley - Nelaton tip
Flex Skirt Technology™ Dual zone drainage with 4 eyelets
Material100% silicone

NowCath Foley - Tiemann tip
Flex Skirt Technology™ Dual zone drainage with 3 eyelets
Material100% silicone
Size range12–24 FR

Sterile by design. Considered in every detail.
The sterile barrier tray keeps NowCath supported during preparation. The catheter can remain in the tray during urine-bag connection and lubrication - intended to enable improved aseptic handling.
